Short Answer:
Typically, once a week until your condition stabilizes (usually about 4-6 weeks), then every two weeks, gradually transitioning to a maintenance schedule of once a month or once per season.Detailed Answer:
For most specific concerns, we recommend starting with weekly treatments for approximately 4-6 weeks. This frequency is important because the energetic balance achieved during each session naturally begins to revert to its original pattern shortly after treatment. If too much time passes between sessions, we risk starting over each time, which can hinder progress.By coming in regularly, we can build on the progress of each session, gradually retraining your body to adopt a new, healthier energetic pattern. Once your condition stabilizes and improvements are sustained, we’ll reduce the frequency to every two weeks, and eventually transition to a maintenance schedule of once a month or once per season, depending on your needs.
This approach ensures lasting results while supporting your long-term health and well-being.

At this time, we are unable to process insurance directly and do not provide ICD or CPT codes, superbills, or any other documentation required for insurance claims. Additionally, we are unable to assist with any tasks related to filing or processing insurance claims.
That said, most HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) plans cover acupuncture treatments and typically only require an invoice for reimbursement.
Thank you for your understanding!

If you tend to experience hypoglycemia or low blood sugar, it’s important to eat before your treatment. Acupuncture can sometimes lower blood sugar levels, so having a light meal or snack beforehand ensures you’ll feel comfortable and balanced during your session.

For your acupuncture session, it’s best to wear loose, comfortable clothing. This makes it easier to access areas like your arms, legs, and abdomen without the need to undress. Many treatments involve points on these parts of the body, so clothing such as loose-fitting pants, shorts, or tops with sleeves you can roll up provide both convenience and privacy.
If your outfit doesn’t allow easy access to certain areas, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with a drape so you can feel totally comfortable. Our goal is to create a relaxed environment for your session, so wear whatever helps you feel at ease.
If you’re unsure, just aim for something cozy, breathable, and simple, and we’ll handle the rest!
